Anybody have or know where I can buy & have put on some of the (old) Moori tips, WHEN THEY WERE GOOD quality ? The new ones just don't seem right too me !

which ones are the good ones? I keep reading that people don't like the new ones and I am trying to find out if the good ones are the III's or pre III's.
 
The GOOD ones say Japan on the tip. It will be like this on the side that does not say Glue Side on it:


Moori
QIII
Japan

That is how it would be for a Hard/Quick Moori III.
 
You say old ones... and I must confess that I didn't prefer the newer ones either but I ordered twenty with the new logo. Both 20 sold fast - after the first 5 word spread how good they are and it was before long that I got rid of the other 15.

The logo you may want to look for is this:

The pictures David is showing are the NEW ones. They are the ones many people swear are not up to par with the older Moori tips.

I will look around and see if i have a pic of the older writing on the tip.
I still have a Quick that has the writing on it but it is at home.

I'll take the MH if you have it. Been looking for the MH for a long while with no luck to date. I used my last one about 5 years ago...and I know some that has 3 can of these and he would even spare one for me!!! Hopefully, when I finish his free cue...he'll finally spare me one :)

THE WIZARDS ARE AS CLOSE AS IT GETS. REMIND ME AT THE EXPO, I'LL GET YOU ONE TO TRY IF I HAVE SOME WITH ME.
 
Duc, I've just got a few left...have had a small stash of them since they were new and every now and them, I'll plop one on one of my playing cues. If I had 3 bushels, I'd certainly spare you one. :)

Marcus, I'd love to try one of those Wizards. See you up there....we'll be boothless this year, so maybe we can get into some fun. :)

YOU CAN'T BE BOOTHLESS....... THE SHOW WON'T BE THE SAME..... BUT, IF YOU ARE, WE WILL CERTAINLY FIND SOME TROUBLE TO GET IN TO.
 
FWIW, I have 3, series-2 Moori M tips that I will sell @ $25. ea.
Buy all 3 and I'll pay s/h & fees in con-US. Outside US, you pay s/h.

I Was Gonna Say This But You Beat Me Too It. I Loved The Old Mooris. The New Ones Were Not The Same So I Switched To Everest.

Now That I Tried Wizard Meduims They Top My List. The Price Is Unbeatable Too
