You already made your move by going to Paypal and saying THEY are running raffles and whatnot.Banning you will make you go away and the raffles will be gone with it I am sure.The wanted/for sale section is a great section of the forum,the raffles were very good but I am sure after losing time and time again it got to you and you made a poor choice.I hope that you realize most of the respected members are pissed off with you for jeopardizing the site over $14,the auction was ran as described,you can twist it anyway you want but ultimately your done on here.At the present time I think you should be be banned for putting the site in jeopardy,the Raffle section should be deleted along with any trace of it also.I would hate to see a great site like this destroyed over something so stupid. :frown:BPG24 said:

You sent someone a payment and you got what you paid for, a number on a raffle. Next time you purchase a lottery ticket, wait until after the drawing and then take the non winning ticket back to the convenience store you bought it from and ask for a refund. See if that works, otay.

From just looking at the raffle section, it would appear that there have been around 250-300 auction threads started since the raffle section was put in place. Pretty much all of those appear to utilize the "Powerball" to set the number, and have 42 slots.
The math says 250 x 42 = 10500 willing participants so far, and this is the first complaint. It looks like folks have been doing a pretty good job of policing the raffles.
FWIW, I have personally never held nor participated in an auction. I never liked them because there are too many issues that could pop up. I have to say that I did not think something like this would be one of them.

I have participated in dozens of raffles on other we sites for softball gear, I have only won once in all those times and that was 2 weeks ago. So I thought I would try my luck on some cues, I am almost sorry I did. I really should of expected this knowing how sore some pool players can be when they lose. There are many men and women out there who can take it gracefully at a tourney, and then there is always that one guy who sits in the corner with his nose in the rule book trying to prove he won when he doesnt have the table smarts or the cueing skills to do it right. I beleive that you and BPG24 are those guys, its too bad we got both of you in this raffle.
If you really want the cue that badly you can paypal me my $28 plus the fees and the shipping costs and then I will send it to you, BPG can get the Butt (representative of his behaviour) and DFweyer you can have the shaft(again representing how you have given every board member the shaft...)
I hope you get the idea.
Of course the cue will not be in any plaable condition after I use it to clean up my backyard. But you two can still have it.
