last night i played my friend again some 14.1 and i made a perfect break shot with only 1 ball sticking out, so he made that and played safe, i ran 2 and missed a pretty easy shot. He ran 8 and missed and i ran 106 ! Yes, broke the 100 again YEAH ! We always paly race to 100 usually. The next match i ran out in 6 innings though...

Hope the good shooting keeps up...

played my friend again today, 4 races to 100 wich i ran out in 9,8,8 and 3 innings ! Good practice, had high runs of 53, 49, 68. the best match was 27,10,68 and out in 3 innings....

i would love to see me shoot like that on tape, too... too bad i don´t have a camcorder.....

That's some very good playing.
Do you mind if I ask how much you play?
thx

That is some great shooting on your part & it is always best to play someone who can play strong. It helps your game knowing you can't let up.
I ran 71 balls today. My last shot was a break ball that was too low. I made the ball but the cue missed the rack. The cue went around the table and ended up dead center of the table. I played a safety onto the top of the rack. So, I had a 71 with a safe at the end.
Since I put tournament light blue 860 HR Simonis on my table. I can see better & have had much more steady runs like this one. I always played on the green but I can not go back to it. It's the blue from now on.

i don´t think so. imagine: i started to play at 14, at 19 i ran 102. then it took me 12 years to break 100 again ! i did that last november and in october this year i broke it again with a 106 and a 99 earlier. of course i would love to be able to shoot 100 on a regular basis but i just can´t yet. still i am happy when i get to 50+ at least once a week. like today i practiced some straight pool again and my high run was like 30 which of course is pissing me off somehow when you know you can run 150. but thats the way it is.
Still, since last november i had runs of 82,83,86,73,79,79,99,106 as far as i remember and that is something i am proud of because i know how hard that is and how many players like you said wish they would be where i am now.
