i ordered only a couple weeks ago. I will see if Les keeps up to his word but i also contacted Bautista to see if he got my order from les or not. If nor i know i dont have to expect anything coming from les, either a cue or a refund.

I just hope for now like all others do

I'm in the same boat as Sascha. I have no idea if the Bebots even rec'd my cue order, and Les has offered the same 'new maker' deal to me. There's nothing else for it, really. I'm not about to fly to Rizal and hunt him down over ~$400. I (and everyone else in this mess) may or may not get a cue/refund. I'm not optimistic, but not much else to do but wait and see.

Just to clear things about my setup with the cuemaker I have previous affiliation with, our relationship was never an employee-employer relationship. I did not receive a salary and it was all based on trust and confidence. I take orders and I submit them. 137 shipments, I submitted, paid in full. For a reason, I failed to submit an order and the cuemaker definitely didn't know that order. It was a hard decision I made and I have to live with it. Cuemaker has no responsibility on orders he didn't know of. Jim Murphy was my responsibility. It was not the cuemaker's responsibility. So it is my responsibility and I took steps in resolving the issue. As I have said, I have resolved most of it and I have taken full accountability on all my customers. Whatever differences I still have left, I am settling internally.

Also, please understand I have mentioned that I never discounted the product. I have put effort and believed in Bebot Custom Cues for years and I will never discount the quality and craftsmanship. I was a personal witness to its greatness. I must admit, there might never be better in terms of design execution at least in my time. But as I move on, in time, I hope to at least introduce other hidden talents also, but bringing with me all the lessons I have learned from this incident. Success can never be achieved, nor failure can never be realized, if one does not try. I will try again. This will be the last I will say on this issue and I will focus my efforts in my resolutions and in making changes for the better so I won't make the same mistake.

Hello Mr. General, I'd like to help you out here and maybe satisfy the people who have cues coming. I will be there in August and September. You can deliver all the cues to me (in Manila) and I will take full responsibility for getting them to their rightful owners. I will carry them back to the states with me and pay all shipping costs to get them delivered. This will save you a lot of expense and all the hassle of packing and shipping them. I will be in Manila for the first 15-18 days of September, working on tournaments held in SM North Edsa. So I won't be hard to find. I check my mail every day while I'm there. I will probably come in late August to visit friends in Cebu and Bacolod. So you can contact me prior to my time to Manila. My daughter lives in Pasay so I usually stay near there while in Manila. My offer is sincere and perhaps it is a good solution for you and an easier way to handle the 5-6 people who have cues coming. We can put all of them in one container and ship it as carry-on luggage. When I return to Los Angeles, I have shipping tubes to send cues anywhere in the USA via Priority Mail. It's not so expensive to do that here.

I would only ask that you put all the cues in a box and seal it for me. Please pack them carefully and I will carry that box with me to the airport. Okay, let me know. Jay

again, great offer jay but not all cues are going to the US, mine is going to germany. Thing is i dont know when it will be done and if les will give it to you or not as I and the other have already paid shipping. Les has to figure it out.

Hi Jay...You better be carefull with this guy.... He seem not to act honestly and always lie on many statement he made. If he gave you the cue, i think you better check them out and confirm the cue with the customer. We don't want you get cheated and be responsible for the cue, while here you only want to help with sincere heart.

Well come tomorrow I will post here again and let you know if Les came through for me or not. I had ordered a custom cue of my own design at the cost of $930 USD We came to a resolution that I would except the "Pink Ivory Cue" as payment in full. This cue was listed on Bebot's website for sale at $1,100. Here are the cue photos of the "Pink Ivory Cue" from Bebot's website, before the site was taken down of course. When I get the DHL package tomorrow we will see if the cue I got lives up to the hype of this cue from the website. Again these photos are from Bebot's website, just to give everyone an idea of the cue I was promised.

I agreed to have my cue built by another cuemaker . I'll see if he keeps his words.
