Ok I really hate to B*tch & Moan about things however it seems some of our distributors need to re evaluate thier order process. I sell retail and if I tied up a customers money they would be ticked. One distributor in particular I place a $300.00 order they run it and it shows pending then a week later they rerun the entire order with shipping as expected but apparently with different authorization number so it tied up and additional $300 until the other charge drops. They simply could run a order 1 time or use the same auth number. This is piss poor customer service. I can tolerate delays in shipping but when a $300 order temporaly doubles and ties additional money up it can put you in a bind if you need to use it elsewhere. I am aware one charge will drop but this is unecessary and you would think the company would look out for thier customers. Just an observation. Anyway happy cue building
