ribdoner was a little confused because he couldn't find his pipe when he reposted an additional set of numbers after 6PM on Friday, so I decided the short term memory loss problem rule applies and we will let him stay with his first set of numbers rather than give him the boot for adding more guesses. Who knows, that Balaushka might go for $90K in which case ribdoner will win 3 tips. Yeow!

Reserve is 23.5K?

Maybe I'm missing this cue, but if the auction reserve is set at $23,500, I don't think this cue should make reserve.

Personally, I can't play the contest, but my original thought was that the reserve would have been about 22.5K. There are some deep pockets out there that drool over the thought of owning a nice Balabushka. Heck , a Hyundai could cost $23K. These guys probably drive Mercedes or better.

I think the cue books for 1/2 of the reserve and I haven't seen any 'Bushkas far outperforming book on the bay.

There was a lot of FUNNY STUFF going on in that book. You can't go by the book on some stuff !! Lot of nice things about that cue.
