Fats dad was a Merchant Marine working the docks/east coast.
Fats had a pool room in his early yrs.
When he was a kid hangin out with dad at the docs probably 8 yrs old, when the lunch bell rang Rudolph was usually the first in line.

and when i had breakfast with him he had finished two giant full orders of everything before i was done with mine. as well as constantly talking.

and had the diner owner footing the bill.

fats was a great and kind guy. gave money to broke players never getting it back. gave money and care to animals.

only people that did not like him were those he beat and those jealous. along with mosconi because he got more attention.
