Hi.

Sorry, if this is not the right place to ask. Last days I have found a link to a (youtube?) video in this forum. It's about Paul Drexler and his wife. They are talking about pfd studios, how they started, what they are doing etc.
Searched about 40min with the search function and google... no success! :(

It seems that it is not listed in youtube. No idea.
Can anyone help?

Thank you!

Great video and pretty amazing craftsmanship.
The video seemed to have cut off at the end. Is there a second part to it as I couldn't find it. If there is, it would be nice to see it in its entirety.

this is really a great thing to see
i have enjoyed knowing Paul and Ellen and buying their
cues over the years

He is truly an original, with Ellen they can do what I have never seen
in others

Watch the clip,I think you will enjoy what you see

Nice Video

I have no way of knowing whether this is the entire video, but while Paul's "monster" cues are something to behold, it would have been nice to include his many, and I do mean many, other creations and those made on custom order.

Paul and Ellen are as nice and as interesting, as represented in this clip. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks ALL for the kind words. The video was originally produced by a local TV channel for a program called "Making It Here". They distilled over 2 hours of interview down to 15 minutes - of which you see approximately 5 that got posted on U-Tube. It was a great experience and one that both my wife, Ellen and I really enjoyed. pfd

Complete Video

I, for one, would love to see the full 15 minute video, not to mention the entire 2 hours of interviews.

As someone with a lifetime interest in woodworking and an interest in pool since high school I am fascinated by the artistic combination of the two.

Is the full video available anywhere?

For those interested please send a PM and I will try to get a copy of the full 15 minutes of the video that the TV station aired - not sure exactly how to make it available - other than producing actual tape or DVD copies . . . suggestions ?? - pfd

Can you upload it to UTube and give us a link when it is ready. That might be the easiest way.
Or if you want to keep it private, the link here will work for us and it won't be found with a UTube Search.

I was under the impression that U-Tube limited the "runtime" of any one video - which is why the video that was uploaded was so brief . . . so the question is - if I get the whole edited video and it is approximately 15 minutes would it all get viewed ?? pfd

You could put it on Vimeo or Youtube or put it on a dropbox account where people can download it. I'd be interested in seeing the interview myself.

I have one of Paul's (and I guess Ellen's) cues. I would love a DVD or video if possible.

I actually think my cue is one of Paul's best. But probably everyone thinks that....;) One of the questions I would have, what is Pauls favorite, and what is Ellen's favorite they ever made?

I think its neat that they work as a team.
