1st Skyler Woodward - 19
2nd Clay Carman - 16
3rd Paul Arnold - 13
4th Eric Elliot - 14
5th Bryan Roberts - 19

Players were ranked from 11 to 19. Rack nine balls. First to bank your number of banks wins the match.

I lost two and out, 16 to 7 and 16 to 9, but had a great time. My friend Clay Carman finished second. Good job Clay! Everyone I met was very friendly. The food was good. I can't wait to go back and try again.

Did they flip/ flop back/ forth between the diamonds and brunswicks?

That is tuff !

I was there a few years ago and played the mailman...a fine time was had by all and I am still dazed from my encounter with demarco.

Did I pick the wrong day to stop sniffing glue, dammit?!

Top r) pic in the link from 1st post??

That is the room I frequent. It is a smidge over 35 miles from my house. You can catch me up there almost any Friday or Saturday losing at one pocket to a very good friend of mine....lol

The Brunswicks were only in the basement room at Bank Shots. The Tournament was played on all Diamonds upstairs on the main floor.

How can I get on a contact list for these tournaments?

Anyone?

Being a super unknown who looks (wear a DCC shirt to tourneys), strokes (slow and methodical), and gazes (nervous someone is watching me) at a table like someone who can play (although I can not) I help fatten calcuttas. Can't believe I'm not getting invites to these tourneys.

Thanks

Thanks for the photos, I love seeing different rooms, and that seems like a really nice room.

There are two gold crowns in the basement along with another diamond and a snooker table. There are 10 diamonds on the main floor they play the tournaments on.

I believe Truman has another tournament coming in January as a tune up to DCC. Call Bank Shot for info. If I remember tomorrow I will get the details and post up.

Thanks for sharing the cool pool photos of Truman's tournament and Bank Shot Billiards in Louisville.

I'll bet all you lucky Louisville folks will be going to the DCC in January. :)

Ughhhhhh

I have never been so sad to not live in Kentucky!! It's an actual bank!!! That is truly amazing, I love it and hope to come hit some with you bankers. ;D

Full rack, only, of course

Good stuff. You have to look the part to play the part.

But...the downstairs isn't used anymore that I know of, except for the bathrooms being down there:thumbup:

Thanks for posting pictures.

I just got off the phone with Bryan Roberts and asked him how come he let Skylar win...

He said he didnt "Let" Skylar win. (Always trying to get my buddy Bryan fired up). He said Skylar banked really good, and Bryan didnt get a chance to play him in the tournament. I didnt see Landon in pictures but I have been to that tournament and he is another youngster that makes us all proud.

Skylar = Great future and great kid. He is really going to be something.

Bryan Roberts = Maybe the nicest guy in pool.

BR is one of those guys that can walk into any bar, hustle every dime, and, somebody will buy him a beer afterwards..lol. He is nothing but first class and honest all the way. I can't say enough about the man. I am proud to call him a friend.

Check out Rack66 in Louisville Ky to meet Bryan first hand. You might walk out of his store with a new Diamond Pro or some exotic high end cue..lol
