was in LA and Chicago over the last 2 weeks...

had the chance to have dinner with joel and his lovely wife - yummy !
got the joint protector for my ivory handled cue

and dropped by Ernie's shop ..

turned up at his shop on his birthday and i got a cue - feels like i got the present ! ( the ebony one )

even if i did, ernie's already turned down an offer of US$350,000.- for that one

so it's a weeeee bit out of my price range

his shop is awesome - probably one of the best around ... he showed me some stuff he is taking to the show and WOW !! wait till you see the pics pop up ....
