Please offer constructive criticism for Accu-Stats

I've got a constructive criticism...

Quit agreeing to do the stream for BB until he truly puts the funds in an escrow account with prize monies setup to only be given out to the declared winners of the given placing...

this company is so behind, they were still peddling vhs when dvds came out and still with the dvds in 2014

prices are fair, but quality is absolutely poor in every respect

i'll try and support a while longer but seriously they need to get out of dinosaur mode

couldnt agree more. problem is, pool streaming is a very niche market. the quality is really horrible anno 2014.

Since I did not see any video, but did hear comments about the color commentators good/bad here's something that I strongly recommend. Some commentators are good, others not that's just life. Those that want to get a whack at it should do a voice over of a match and send it in to Pat. It won't take long for him to know if he likes/dislikes the persons skills. This would not only help improve his production, but good announcers help sell the venue and their own products. No different than watching the opponent you've never seen play....Then your able to match up a fair game.

Thank you for the stream accu-stats. Without the stream I wouldn't have been able to watch any pool, let alone the best pool players in the world. Yes, there were time when the streamed got a little frozen but for a majority of the time it was pretty good thanks again.

If possible, create an option to turn off commenting and only have the sounds of game. That we can hear the balls being hit and anything the players may say.

$50.00 for a week's worth of US Open was a great deal.
They crushed camera coverage, would have liked more on top
of the table shots though.

Missed the old guys in the booth, Danny and Incordona.

I thought that Captain Mark did a great job.
Glad they brought in Jim the Canadian (lol) he is my favorite, grew up
listening to him do Candian events and Englands.

Gibbs made me mute it on and off, he just made me cray cray
with all his antics.
OMG really he was off the mark so many times
he made me look like a pro calling the shots, omg he stunk, lol.

Enjoyed John in the booth, he was different as he just talked about
the game from a current players eyes.

Only lost the feed for a bit and they encored that game later that nite.
All in all, for 50.00 it was a great deal.

Hope the players get paid, so I don't have to say I told u so,,,,lol
lots of hugs

the one thing I would like to see, is a phone in number, or live talk on twitter.

I don't enjoy chat rooms anymore cause of all the keyboard morons

That's a cool idea. In one Thursday night match, Strickland vs Majid, we got the exact opposite, commentary with no game sounds.

During that match, one AZB poster commented:

"It sounds like the commentators are hiding in a bunker somewhere. Why don't they have the table mic'd? I like hearing the break and the sounds of the game. Without it the feeling is almost artificial IMO."

That situation needs to be avoided.

I dislike 9 ball honestly but this is a great event and I wanted to watch some. I bought day 1 morning stream, day 2 night stream. After watching with the rules they used this year I really got into it and bought the remaining days. A lot of good play and not watching the same stupid patterns run out because of soft breaking. +++

Mark Wilson has done a great job and I have to give major props to John Schmidt. He was more than a pleasure to listen to every time he was on!!! Those other guys tho, most the time I turned off the sound. SOOOOOO terrible listening to 2 of them more or less argue about what to shoot and if he did or didn't mean to do something. Was very un-entertaining.

Replays or a loop should be available.

My one real complaint would be this. After watching for a couple days I remembered they had archives to purchase old matches. I was a huge Mike Sigel fan when I was young and thought I would buy a couple old matches. HOWEVER........... when looking I realized their matches are $19.95 and most are a single race to 11 or race to three 1pkt. I don't know who's buying these videos but it won't be me. Maybe offer a personal DL for a lesser price? I mean you're offering live stream of the same thing for essentially $2 a match. Why is it 10x more for something 20+ years old?
