Dang. Just started going there for the Saturday tourney. Been there once alone and once with my wife. No issues I could see. One of the guys running the tourney even watched my wife's match because it was her first time and not sure if her opponent spoke English.
Sounds to me like a case of the outsider getting messed over and I suspect the locals aren't the least bit upset about it.
Just the opposite! Pooky has been a local for years. Long before they opened. A lot of the people that attend triple 9's know him and have known him for years.
Believe me, he has a lot of local support. More than the people directly involved.

Look, I feel for ya brother it ain't right. I've been going there since WAY back in the day when it was KB. Infact, KB was the very first place I went when I turned 16 and got my license by !myself. I took out my best friend and we went and played pool there for like 3 hours. My point is this Look, 20 years later now I know for a fact they still have those shittt tables and I suspect it's the same felt too! Lol. Also, I'm very good friends that are there every SAT for tourney and they call me to BS about who showed, what's going on, etc. And most of the people going WONT BET WATER IS WET!!! So, if u decide not to go back its their loss - not yours. Sure ur out a few hundred bucks and THAT DOES SUCK but what would you be missing? A hard ass tourney that if u win u get $200? Of u get in action and lose $1000 then come back next week and win $100 and they quit and sat ur too good I need the 7? I don't know you personally but we do have a lot of mutual acquaintances so I know ur rep and brother I wouldn't even sweat it.

I never had the problem with the Super Rack issue but I was aware of the mandatory visits before a full payout.
The fail of all fails... be true to the sport and stop discriminating to line your own pockets. I know there is a sense of loyalty to the regular customer but that place fails.

First. I never buy Super Rack tickets. Second. Im there for the sport. The payout is ok for a weekly tournament, but I'm there for the competition, not the super rack. I'm barely a customer as I've only ever purchased a water or a red Bull at the most from the place.
