A good action player knows how to get played. He can step into any joint and get someting going with his charisma and gift of gab. Either you got it or you ain't. ;)

Not everybody can be as suave and debonair as you, Lou! :p

ah, Omar, I wish.

BTW, the photo you've been using lately is very hot. Who is she?

It's the same girl you met in Louisville depicted on the right.

I can see it in her eyes, she's the kind chick that only goes for guys that can REALLY play. Forget your A game, bring your Pro AA+ game and then ask for weight.

Kevin

PS: If you could get a little side-arm action and a patter, that won't hurt a bit.

Consider it a sidearm compliment.

If you get bored waiting for some big time action, Danny Shades in Santa Monica wants you to know you get 9/6 @ $200/game one hole.

i know i talk to danny all the time, next time i beat him will be the last time he ever plays me, so he has to bet morre because he will never play me again, I shot his nuts off playing 8ball, last time. I got no beef with danny but he cant afford to book a loser. He waits on the rail 6-12 hours a day waiting for a mark, I know I did that myself for years its a grind. He knows what he has to bet to play me and he will get his corporation put together and i'll play. I aint hit a ball in 2 weeks-I might stop playing if I stay in LA. It aint worth it. Dip ducked me, nothing here. I have better things to do.

Eric, sorry I somewhat disagree. I knew many of the details that you spoke of, the whole thing was done wrong IMO.

The pigeons got scared away...

Sure they did, we came back from the dead, he played like SVB to come back and his action in there is gone forever, which is exactly what I didnt want to happen, it would have been better to dump off the $2000, It was played all wrong. We didnt win the first set after that we could get even or lose. He played like Shane, they were smart not to play again. I'll knock the action forever, they dont ever have a chance in that game and are stupid to play it. Hows that? I'll kill the action IDGAF.

and that brings me to my point, action is gone, because nobody will lose a dollar cause they dont know where they will win a dollar later on. The whole thing is gone. i used to go into Bobs Billiards on Beach Bl, Varsity Billiards and get pumped up, Go to Hardtimes blow half or all of what I won and go out again to a few other spots and get pumped back up just to go fire it again. This was in 86-89 in LA, It aint like that anymore. Pool in LA sucks(action). the pool rooms themselfs are nice, all 7 of them that are left, so many are gone its a joke. 18,000,000 people and a handful of rooms. I been playing in and around since 85, its worse than ever.

In 94-96 there was a pool room at the Beverly Center with a bad location, they spent probably $300,000 to build it out, it's 2 miles from where I live and was the softest action ever, gone. Thats just one. Pool is LA is a done deal.
