GOLDEN CUE (used to be a pool hall here in New Orleans many years ago.
(Get Mike Bender of Delta Junction, Alaska to build a "GOLDEN CUE) for the shrine that would hold the cue.
You might also consider getting a supplier to provide free whatever so that the establishment will be called by their name.

What's wrong with calling it "AZ BILLIARDS"?
OK, fine, that's already been done. How about "BN BILLIARDS" or "BR BILLIARDS". Failing that what about "THE ICE PALACE"?
Lastly, whatever you end up naming it, to ensure it is super classy make sure the Men's bathroom door is has a cue stick screwed to it and the Women's has a rack. ;-)
