Yeah, I finally got my cue back. Since then its been with me to Tokyo, Bangkok, Manila (for the WPC), and Maine last week. I'll have it with me in Vegas in a couple weeks.

They've lost it twice now, but I still travel with it.
 
I just booked my next trip back to Hawaii. I'll be there September 16.

I'll bring my cue.

We will be staying at the P.K. again. I'll be playing better this time.
 
tuesday and thurs. and every 3rd sunday of the month. if you are going to stay there longer, they have the tourn on the 15. it'll be a good tourn. $30 entry fee.
 
Looks like I'll be at Hawaian Brian's this Tuesday for the tourney, and again on Thursday. Too bad I'll miss the tourney tomorrow.

Dave, we are looking forward to seeing you and the Mrs. again.

I've heard from semi-(un)reliable source that Hawaiian Brian's place is closed ... I guess you'll confirm.

I'll know Tuesday night. I had a good time there last year. And the place seemed to be doing OK.

When are you coming back to LoS? I'll be there most of the time from next month to mid-January, other than coming home to vote and for Thanksgiving. I look forward to seeing you there again.
 
I have some money and time but don't really have mojo to go to LoS right now. I know it sounds crazy but I'm not really missing it.

I hope my head will straighten out soon and book a ticket to LoS soon. I burned 1/2 business class ticket already.

Might do LoS, Phillipines trip with WPC in there somewhere ...
 
I have not heard anything about Hawaiian Brians closing or seen any signs while I was there yesterday. Although once in a while they host partys called Suga Suga for teens to dance. The last time this happened, it was on a thursday night and the C class tourney was moved to Mondays. Tuesday tournament should still be held. I'll let ya guys know if anything changes.

I couldn't live their full time. I'd probably be dead if I did.

I have a lot of business projects going on there now, so I spend a lot of time there. But I have slowed way down on the craziness.

I should know better than to relay on hearsay, especially from 1/2 (un)reliable source ...

I feel so bad that perhaps I should just get on a plane and do my penance in Oahu and punish myself ... hummmm ....

I had 'heard' Brian's place was closed. Glad to hear it's not though. The place is an institution. And, gotta have a place to play at night after a long day of ooogling on the beach.
