Presenting the... 2009 West Coast Cue Show

I'm excited for this show. I have one problem. I don't have any cues for sale. If I finish some cues the week before and the customers don't mind waiting I can bring their cues to the show.

Is it weird to show up with no cues?

Not at all. Bring some pics of past and pending work to show off if you can. Gonna be a blast.

thanks to everyone for offering me display space, Im in Va at the US Open, I really need to go to Tracy and see my uncle. IF I can make during the cue show thats better than Thanksgiving So....I'm going to do my best. If I can come I will contact someone and organize things.

I gave it some thought and I think the best possible thing I can bring is my Barry collection or most of it anyways-the biggest cues.

I will do my best to make it up, I wont be buying or selling just looking and being social, as usual.

Best

2009 wccs

Eric, it would be great to have you at the show. If there is anything we can do to help you (or anyone traveling to the show) please let us know. Will do what we can to help with information or coordinating on this end. And Tracy is just over the hill. You can even check out Kim's old place all remodeled now. They're getting some great reviews out there.

This will be my 1st cue show so I will see you guys there. Im just coming to check it out and I'm bringing the wife too. She actually wants to come. Probably to make sure I don't spend all the mortgage.

rsmith_1972 is letting my bring the bridged point cue I posted in the gallery. I'm working more.
Thanks Rich

Also Doug "dwbod" is going to be present as well and I know he is bringing some really nice cues. He promised me that he would bring at least 1 Gina, a Southwest...
Also I will be having all sorts of Kamui tips available and we might even have the Kamui tip distributor present as well.
This cue show is promising...Very promising ;)

Question for all you guys. Should I bring my custom Richard Black to the show? It is not for sale or anything but didn't know if people may just be interested in seeing it. Never done a cue show before so this is my first and don't really know what to expect.

Definitely bring that cue. The WCCS is not all about sales it is about information sharing and appreciation for the art of cuemaking. Sales and trades will definitely happen, but show and tell is important as well-

One Week Away!

Seven Days until the 2009 WCCS!!

Going to be a great time, looking forwarded to meeting everyone-
