Certainly it is a joke. I have put smile in the title. 
I like to watch an vintage pictures. This picture is very old. This picture from the old report of mission on the activity on attraction of wild tribes to a civilization. Wild people became civilized gentlemen and ladies. Even have organized clubs.:wink: Fine solid club with pictures on walls, the good billiard table, two gentlemen talk behind billiards game, a cigar, white collarets, tuxedos...
