Ray, I have a copy of a video of you playing Shannon Daulton in a one pocket match and i'm amazed every time I watch it at some of the shots you made shooting into the stack and moving many balls and getting great results. Your knowledge of straight pool showed up when you played balls off of balls to get through the pack and leave Shannon with a puzzled look on his face thinking "how did he do that?".
I'm looking forward to the DVD release because i'd like to buy a copy. I know i'll learn something if you made the video.

I took a lesson from Ray over a year ago and it was worth every penny I paid. His lessons are very reasonable, I was like a kid in a candy store being there with such a great legend. I can't wait for the tape to come out, you can count me in for it.

About time with a dvd. I've been asking for it for years. Good for you and great for pool players all over the world that want to learn with no smoking mirrors. It's been a lot of years since the blockbuster "99 Critical Shots in Pool" came out. ((30 years?) Just think how long he's had to think about things he didn't put in CSP and maybe even some things he's learned since then. Like Critical Shots this will be a must have for all pool players. Johnnyt

I was lucky enough to be drafted to do some commentary on your match in last years World Straight Pool Championship against Oliver Ortmann and got to watch you up close throughout the tournament.

When I do Shot Number 52 in your 99 it drives many crazy. They will ask how I do it because they will try and can't. They don't know that the secret is using inside english. I have used it where the balls are set up about the same but further from the pocket, and further from the rail. That shot alone was well worth the price of the book. I have gotten more out of that book than any other.
