If you ever list this for sale I think I'll be first in line.

That cue is HOT

What wood is this? I can't really tell from the pictures.

Are there cocobolo recuts on the points? Or what?

Nice cue Hui!

Thanks Johnny, you left 1 week too early lol. Now you gotta wait until December.

The recuts on the points are actually macassar ebony. Thank you for the compliments!

Very classy looking Murrell, you have good taste Hui!
Enjoy & thanks for showing!

Thanks Greg! The SW jps on your avatar looks very good. Are they a new design from the SW shop?

Real nice, congrats. Reminded me to do some updates on mine:eek:.
Great players!

Chrippa

Hehe. For sure he makes them to play as good as they look. Thank you!

Very nice! That is my kind of cue. Simple beauty, not overly flashy

Probably we have the same taste in cues:thumbup: Thank you for the compliments!

Brilliant!!

Do I see veneers, recuts, or do I need new glasses???

No glasses needed sir! They are actually just recuts lol.
Sorry everyone, I got so excited I forgot to mention the details on the cue.
The birdseye on the forearm is amazing. So many eyes lol!
The points are macassar ebony>purpleheart>macassar ebony recuts. I told Kenny I wanted the purpleheart to stand out so he came up with the idea of making the first macassar recut thinner and the purpleheart thicker. I forgotten the exact thickness but I think it came out pretty nice and unique!
The purpleheart does have slight curl on them but I dont have a good camera just my phone haha. They whole cue weighs around 19.3+ o.z which is just nice for me. Shafts are 13.2+mm each around 4.1+ o.z and they both have micarta ferrules (the ones knifemaker was selling awhile back). The white on the joint is actually juma.

Thanks for looking everyone

I previewed your cue (thread) at work, and couldn't see contrast between point, and recuts on my monitor..

Now that I'm home I can see re-cuts.. I just picked up my first big pin juma joint Murrell, and it plays awsome..Congrats on your beautiful cue..

It is actually my first time trying out a juma joint. I tend to like cue that are not too stiff so it works perfect for me :D

That name on the pin is a great detail! Lovely cue for sure and playability must be top notch too!
