Chip, we spoke about my issue with Eddie and thought there would be a resolution based on what you said and additional promises from Eddie. But, it doesn't look like it is going to turn out the way you said it would. I also sent you a PM but did not get a response.

I am starting to think I need to take it up with the tournament promoters that give you access to additional suckers for this scam.

If you could play pool with a picture of a cue then I would be impressed. Unfortunately Mr Wheat, for whatever reason, I would not buy one of his cues unless I was already holding the cue in my hands and even then if you ever wanted an extra shaft or a refinish job you would never get it from Mr Wheat.

Maybe he is just absent minded or something, I don't know him personally, but his customer service seems poor.
 
Lock it perhaps, but don't delete it. How would people who were away for a while or new to the forums ever find out about this person. I, for one, am glad I spent the time learning about what went on. Of course if you lock it, an explanation would help as well for newer/returning players.

There are so many reputable cue makers out there we dont need this one in our midst.
I hope the whole thread is taken down because a lot of the newer forum members wont get past page 2 and start ordering cues from this guy.:nono:

I am no way involve in this, but as one of the newer forum members, maybe we can ask randy9ball or cocbolocowboy to edit their post on page 1 and just put a notice to make sure they read past 10 pages before ordering a cue. I just thought that might help protect "us" newer members.
