I am battling with diabetes and from time to time
my mind wanders ,At these times
I am writing stories that i regret later.

For example i have no intention to gamble,i am
barely playing at home,I regret many of my statements
of a critical nature,

In other words please PM me if I get started again and
don't take me too seriously.
 
You are fine with us, Mr.

We might rib ya a little, or a lot...but we do appreciate all the button pushing you do for the sake of entertainment.

Probably still laying down the lemon, aren't you?

Dean,

Don't worry about us. Take care of yourself. Eat healthy, no alcohol, play pool. Playing pool might be the best thing you can do for yourself right now. It's exercise and will help your mental acuity.

AZ is a tool for information, but it's really entertainment for most of us. We understand.

When your mind is wandering tell it to keep an eye out for my mind. Diabetes and a handful of issues, I am all over the map sometimes. My doctor has a mean streak. When I asked him about some issues he said I was getting old. I looked at him and told him he wasn't too damned far behind! I hate smart ass doctors; especially when they are right.

Ditto! Dean, we love ya..really. Just some good natured guy type joshin' goin' on.
If anybody came on here and really tried to flame you? The collective wrath would fall upon him in a heartbeat.

Type II diabetic here also...along with other stuff. Pain in the ass, but I suppose following the diet and taking meds is better than assuming room temperature. Which at my age of 76 will happen soon enough.

I spent some time @ the cue ball (Salem, OR) yesterday...it was great! So yes, get to a table...
 
Dean, unfortunately there are a few on here that would rather be a jerk than...well not be a jerk. The mean posts will seem to ruin a thread in a hurry but all in all you have been an asset to the group. I wish you well with your health issues and keep the stories coming, hell make some up if you have to. :cool:

Dean I get loose lipped when my blood sugar drops. It's very similar to a drunk rambling on.

Make sure your doctor knows your symptoms. As for apologizing none needed. I always read your posts and I didn't notice anything.

Just stay on top of your disease. That's the one key to controlling it.

Don't take anything personally here Dean. There are good folks and asshats everywhere in life. I was thinking you got into your Christmas 'stash' a few weeks early when you were posting up earlier in the week.

One day, with hard work and dedication, some just may make the dean's list.

Not everybody has the gift to entertain like you, Dean. Coming home after a work day too long, reading your stories helps keep us sane.

Don't ever stop posting.
