Wow; this is very shocking news.

I had dealings with Frank and he was a stand up guy.

I've enjoyed his posts here and his enthusiasm for the women's tour. And especially his fondness for Karen Corr.

Sincere condolences and prayers go out to his family and friends.

RIP "Wedge".

best,

Wedge was a solid member of the AZ community -- always a standup guy. Condolences to his friends and family.

I am beyond shocked. I communicated with him all the time via PM and FB. He had a very strong passion for pool. This is so upsetting. May he RIP. :(

Here's his FB avatar with Karen. He really was a huge Karen fan.

Wow! So sorry and shocked to hear this. I had the opportunity to talk with him when JPNEWT was at Champions in Frederick, MD. Karen was there too and, of course, we chatted about her. RIP Frank and prayers for his family.

This is very sad news. Frank was a good guy and fellow pool cue enthusiast. We also did communicate by email outside of AZ. So sorry to hear this - he will be missed here.

I believe he played in last year's US Open.
His post about going to play there because he's not getting any younger stuck with me.
Now it is even more powerful.

May he rest in peace.

I remember that. You're right. So glad he went. So sad he has passed. He was a kindred spirit to all of us who knew him. Miss him already.

Sad to hear this. I'm glad he had the opportunity to play in last years US Open as he always wanted to prior to moving on. My condolences to friends & family.
