Ripoff update

This information is also available at http://www.whitepages.com

Select 'Reverse lookup' and put in the number. Even if it is a cell phone, it will come back and tell you it is, and it gives you the carrier, and a map of the tower it comes out of. This is great for those unexplained calls you receive, or an unknown missed call.

For any land line, you can just enter the area code and number at
http://www.google.com and hit enter, and it will return the name and address of the person. Click on maps at the top left, and it will show the address location on the map.

I posted the WhitePages.com information in the thread. Didn't know about placing the number directly into Google search bar. Thanks.

The post office in Flushing called me to say they have the package and its been taken out of circulation and will be sent back to my PO today. They seemed happy to have helped and enjoyed the excitement. I will call back there again later to be sure Mr. Holmes did not scam them into releasing the package. Again, thanks everyone for all your help. From now on I'm gonna be a cynical *****. No tickee no washee!!!. F##k humanity.

On the main page of USPS web site at the bottom there is a link for the Inspector General. You should go to this link and report this Fraud. Glad everything seems to be working in your favor. Lets get rid of this scum bag!
Good Luck.

just so everybody knows...

this is the scam artist ebay seller id..

http://cgi.ebay.com/BLACK-BOAR-CUE-...ryZ21568QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

and also this one too..

http://myworld.ebay.com/parismango/

and i would not doubt it if they have more that they use to scam each other.. i was looking the one day and i believe there are about 5 total..

chris
How come the scam artist has such a high, respected feedback on ebay? Surely, a scam artist would have run into problems on there in 3 years of selling.

LOL. I put TAR in and this came up:

TheActionRizzle is proud ta present our first Young
Guns Action Challenge featur'n two of tha best young
***** in tha world. 20 year old Justin Bergman of St.
Louis, MO., 3 time U.S. Junior National Champion n
now a seasoned Action playa wizzy takes on a fellow U.S.
Junior National Champion 18 year old Jizzy Morra. John
hails frizzay Toronto, Canada n is currently lead'n tha
Canadian Nine Bizzy Tour in points n mak'n waves all
over tha U.S. in Open events.

So as not to totally hijack the thread, I am glad you got your property back. It is refreshing when the system works.

I too would suggest pursuing all possible avenues of prosecution for this turd burglar.

Now I am really confused.

He's probably stealing cues from here and selling them for profit legitimately over at e-bay.

A quick search on the screen names that several of us have provided in this thread and the other thread will give you a pretty good idea of how this guy operates.

SOmebody local needs to mail this dude a LARGE YELLOW TUBE... very bright and hard to miss...

Post up at the P.O and wait for this knucklehead to pop out with the box... instant I.D on this chump...

what ever you do after that is up to you....

can we please get this guys address posted in a sticky on the WFS section..
It is apparent that the mods dont want to or cant issue a IP ban.. either that or the guy is cloaking his IP.... but something has got to be done...

I mean WTF

BLack Jack ... good catch on the addy in the first thread....

i think what he does is make multiple ebay accounts and buy and sell many cheap things.. and then combines them together thus the high feedback..

Ok - well I hardly ever go into the wanted/for sale forum so I have no idea what the guy's history is in there or the names he has used. I guess he keeps changing IP addresses? but not PO Boxes?
But if I was bidding on a cue on Ebay, I wouldn't think twice about buying from a guy with feedback such as his.

That would be hard to do & easy to track. Much easier to track, then say multiple names here on AZ. Ebay is well aware that 'in the old days' people did that but now they can track & you can see the items people buy/sell & how they correlate to each other. Also, just to have an Ebay name, it is hard to create shills without verification of bank account info, etc. Again, 'in the old days' you could create multiple accounts just from having a valid email address that wasn't listed to hotmail.

Don't get me wrong, I don't side with the scam artist just don't think that anyone should jump to a conclusion on anyone without proof.

You have no idea what you're talking about. By your own admission, you don't come to the FS section. Well the people that do come to the FS section know that this guy is a POS scammer. Take our word for it! I know you think you know everything there is to know about everything, but in this case you do not.

FWIW, this is like the 4th or 5th rip off by the same guy - nobody is jumping to any conclusions here. FWIW, I'm glad I verified the shipping address with TommyT to make sure it was the same guy, or he would have never seen that cue again.

Over in the Wanted/For Sale forum we've been putting up with this guy for quite some time. He's been banned 4 times in the past week and I bet he's laughing his ass off right now. The more information we gather on him, and the more information that we put in all the corresponding threads that link him together - the better chance we have of this not happening again to somebody else.

You know those gag "peanut" cans that a spring loaded snake pops out of when you open them. I'm saying send him one of those but push the spring down farther and load it up with used condoms... when he opens it, BAM, instant money shot

Now THIS is a great idea!! LMAO
