Over in the Wanted/For Sale forum we've been putting up with this guy for quite some time. He's been banned 4 times in the past week and I bet he's laughing his ass off right now. The more information we gather on him, and the more information that we put in all the corresponding threads that link him together - the better chance we have of this not happening again to somebody else.

Blackjack, you seem like a reasonable person. Do everybody a favor and call the Postal Inspectors and give them whatever information you have on this guy. They are not shy about arresting people for mail fraud and that is exactly what this guy is doing. He won't be laughing his ass off when they slap the bracelets on him.

I called the Flushing PO at 4:00 and they have shipped the cue back to me :D . Thanks everyone for your help and support. AZ rocks!!!!!!!!. I think now I better upgrade my membership;) .

I've Got It!

Let's have AZE whip up an authentic looking , however fake, winning sweepstakes letter and send it to our reptilian friend (no offense to reptiles) Require him/her to fly to predetermined location to authenticate said winning (read - fake) ticket. Of course we would all be waiting there to pummel said primordial slime (again, no offense to slime) with a bunch of those cheap Chinese 5-pc cues with the adjustable weight rings!!

My step dad's, (who I consider to be my dad), last name is Holmes, so I sometimes use the Alias Jaden Holmes, but you can ask many people on the board and they will all say that I would never do anything like this. I am/try to be as honest as possible.

I'm glad you are getting it back. Your story reminds me of a time someone in Canada was selling a car part I wanted. All I knew of him was what I read in the car forum. Our only contact was e mail. I sent him $1,000 cashiers check and he was to mail the part after he recieved the money. I never worried about it until some friends said I was screwed and he would never send it.
About 3-4 weeks later and still no car part I figured they were right. I did eventually recieve the part so happy ending here. Most people are honest, unfortunatly we mostlly here about the few who aren't.
I was thinking c.o.d. might be a better way next time.

Thanks Hunter,cant wait til he gets outa jail in 10 years and shows up to play pool in our tournament,Glad you got your cue back Tommy... Isnt it nice that the postal service was able to acually stop this from happening:D I once almost had the same thing happen to me with a echeck from paypal on a tascarella cue.It bounce 3 days later after i shipped.Lucky me I called my union brothers who deliver there mail and I had every address of her,her mom and dad,her job,where she ate lunch,her boyfriend. She express mailed me money orders the next day after I made a polite call to her:D .

I am soo routin for ya that it comes back safe. Paypal should be made aware though for sure as it would cause them to deal with ebay and put a stop to him possibly succeeding with ripping off someone else . I just went off on him in a message in response to your cue he is still trying to sell on ebay and his response was

"ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY - ''YOU'RE NOT BIDDING''?

Too bad for him you can run but you can't hide, not with todays technology. His karma and piss breath ju-ju will catch up to him in time. Who knows, he might start receiving fast food deliverys to be paid in cash he didn't order, maybe even tonight *cough*.
