I guess self-professed international superstars don't make frends easily. It must be hard being you when you are so much better than everyone.

Dennis, my experience with Robb was the opposite of yours when he was in town. He and Richie were very friendly and hung out with us for two nights and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with Robb's game, especially his old school stroke that the newer robot players don't have these days. If I bought him a drink, he'd buy the next one. It might not be the best way to judge character, but it's a good way to tell if someone is lacking. I can't stand the guys who'll just sit there all night and let you pay for everything without even offering to buy a drink.

I held off on giving J C a red welt in his introductory thread but I did consider his errogance to make it borderline red rep deserving.now he has that red welt that says zilla on it ! What a creep.Huh?

I would venture a guess that JC is an already-existing member of AzBilliards forum. It seems that members can have multiple identities without being detected. When you see the posts written all in lower case, as if they are trying to disguise their writing style, it is one trait which some use to hide their already-existing identity. ;)

In fact, there are AzBilliards members who have three, four, and five member names here, some banned and some not banned.

Oh, that's just one characteristic. Then you got the peeps who like to do this -- "......." -- between sentences, or the ones who don't know when to insert a period or comma.

Wrong spellings of common words like "loose" instead of "lose," as an example, are dead giveaways. :grin-square:

Since I proofread quite a bit, some things stick out like a sore thumb to me. :thumbup2:

I think you should have all of those "assistants" find you some talent.
Your music stinks.
I would rather watch Eddie Wheat sing Mammy than another one of your videos.
You wouldn't get past the audition on Americal Idol.
Everlasting Love will go down as the worst song I've ever heard.

Oh yeah, welcome to the forum Jacky Cheung

With all due respect, I delivered the first red bomb to this a-hole.:D

From the matches and attitude that I have seen I am not a fan. Some players have earn the right to be "arrogant" or whatever but he hasn't shown me anything or did anything to deserve any endorsements or support. There is just something about him that I did not like from the first time that I have seen him. Apparently a lot of others feel the same way so it it not just me.

Sorry

He needs to help him self and get a JOB. He is not the only one in this World that had problems growing up. Millions of people have problems and they work their way through them in Life.
The only really thing that I can tell him is that he needs to start thinking about his Life for when he gets older. I hope that I do not see him here asking for money when he is 60 yrs old to pay rent.

But don't you know? The motto of a pool player is "how to make money without trying". Getting a job, imo, means trying.

I've known Robb..

I've known Robb around 20 years now, from the east coast action days when he was a kid. Add me and all the people I know to the list of those who speak well of him. Last ran into him at Hopkins Billiard Expo in Pa. Always liked him, always will. If a champion doesn't have something gnawing at his insides when he's losing then he's not a champion. Some just are better at hiding or channeling it than others. As far as business, there was plenty of it all around, we were on the inside track, and I never heard of his involvement in any.
