just wondering if anyone has seen scooter since the dcc? he was the young player who was in a lot of action matches.

I heard a rumour which I do not want to perpetuate online, but am curious if anyone has seen him though? thanks

Here are some pictures of the kid in action.

Scooter doing what he does best.

Notice the steely look of determination in his eyes.

Who is the tall man in both of those pictures of scooter? he was very entertaining to watch, though I wouldn't play him unless he agreed to keep quiet.

LOL, that's Angry White. AKA Angry White Man. He's quite the character!

tall guy

thats angry, he is from atlanta! he is a stake horse and likes to gamble! and notice scooter playin with 2 differnet cues! he sold the first 1 to stay in action! then scored and bought a new cue and swift case! that scooter loves him some gamble!

That picture brings up something I have been wondering about... At our weekly USPPA tournaments, a few players have started showing up with earbuds on, and are playing pretty darn strong. Sometimes I wonder if they're playing motivational tapes while they're beating me. Whatever it is they're listening to, they seem to be in a "good place" because of it.

I have some favorite music that I sometimes listen to in order to get my adrenaline up on the way to tournaments, but I can't think of anything that might help me tune out distractions and let me "zone out" while playing.

I personally like to listen to techno while I shoot pool, I do think it puts me in the zone, It's the same thing I used to listen to back in my street racing days ;)

Did Angry white loose some weight? He now looks thinner than when I last saw him.

One other thing I want to bring up about Scooter. When he came through town a few months ago, he didn't own a cue. All he owned was a Predator shaft with a 5/16-14 thread. He would go around the pool room each time he gambled and borrow someone's butt to screw the shaft into. I see from the photos that it looks like 2 different cues that he is using. Like Nasty said, he may have used 2 different cues, but he could still just own the shaft.
