One of the things I tested were proto type tracks and trucks to see if they could take the Artic weather and if I could get them to break down. One morning just as it was getting light out I saw them testing a Blackbird at Eielson AFB. It either came out of a long ass hanger or from in back of it, but it was in the air in seconds. What a plane that was.
About 20+ years later I worked for a retired Air Force General named Doisier, he retired after the Bay of Pigs screw up. He voiced his opinion of Bobby Kennedy and was forced to retire. He told me I should never have saw that in 1964. There was a lot of top secret crap up there back then. It took me almost 3 weeks at Fort Lewis to clear out of the Army with all the clearances we had to have up there. So the Blackbird WAS at some bases in 1964. Johnnyt

I like the concept, but if you design a logo it should be replicable on a shirt and letterhead--- this one can't be.
I like the idea though.

In any effort at logo design you want to keep the design simple while at the same time finding some means of representing a central idea that connects to the person/product/service that is being represented in the logo.
From what I know of Sarah as a player, the Blackbird just does not come to mind.
As a professional graphic & web designer I would for 1, want to know what her favorite color is. That would give me an element that would help to personalize the logo to Sarah. Im not sure what Sarah's nickname is, if she has one, but if she does, that may give an additional element that could be incorporated into the logo design effort. And I would look for a more feminine font to be used in the logo design effort.

...and it goes without saying, "She's one hell of a player!" How bout a stick of dynamite or TNT incorporated into the logo? Small, but explosive!!!!!!!! it's red too.chicagomike said:I'm not trying to be harsh, but are you for real with this? I knew sarah before she was pro and was playing in local tournaments...she always struck me as very feminine and bubbly. I don't understand how the heck an jet plane embodies any of her qualities or playing abilities. Have you asked her about the logo, or is this just something your having some fun with?

pharaoh68 said:Guys.... the dinosaur is kinda cool. And the SR-71 Blackbird is, was, and will always be a pretty sick lookin' plane, but let's face it. None of these things really speak to Sarah THE PERSON!!!!
Is she a monster player??? You betcha! But a plan thats faster than the sound barrier? Not really?
Is she a beast on the table??? Metaphorically speaking, sure!!! But is she a prehistoric creature that, according to the theory of some paleontologists, evolved into modern days brids? I fail to the see the connection.
After seeing some of these "misguided" efforts, I felt that it was time to put this tom-foolery behind us. I have taken precious time ut of my workday to solve this puzzle once and for all.
HERE!!!
THIS should be Sarah's NEW logo to go with her OLD nickname!!!
Folks, it is my pleasure to announce... Sarah "MY BFF" Rousey
No thanks necessary.
