Well I lost another kid today to college, although I am very proud of my boys I will have no one to play but the ghost:frown:.

These two are on their way to Ithaca NY with Apple laptops and sneaky petes.
It kinda sounds like fun.

looks like a fine pair

It's tough sending them to a foreign land to learn the ways of the world but it looks like you gave them a good start and they are well equipped to go.

Congratulations to all!

Young fellas in College. I am sure they will soon find lots of uses for their Sneaky Petes. Wink wink.

Thanks Hu!

They look like they could get into trouble ... lol

They have been good kids.....maybe it's time for a little trouble;).

Come down to the Springs to play...
We would love to have you...

Bud I am Blessed with more vacation time then I know what to do with. I will let you know if I can swing it later this fall. I am thinking of going on a week long road trip covering Fort Collins, Denver and C-springs.

Congrats, Jim! Come down to Denver and play with me. There are some big changes happening soon...

Congratulations! Bittersweet, I know, but mostly sweet.

And, I was hoping not to have to tell you this but I just heard "the ghost" has enrolled at the community college. :p

You really may have to do a road trip. ;)

Speaking of Colorado Springs, seems like a lifetime ago, it was my first permanent duty station in the Army. Used to go to the main drag downtown (Nevada Ave) to play at a military rec center where they had a couple of tables.

The other place in town was a real sh1tkickin' joint called The Cow Palace (was it on Circle Drive?). Rough place with a couple of barboxes. Reminded me of the bar Eddie Murphy & Nick Nolte went looking for the bad guys in, in the movie 48 Hours. Same customers. :D

I like that your boys have laptops and sneaky petes. What else could a college boy need?

Best,
Brian kc

Well KC you would not recognize the town now. As far as the Cow Palace...I know of one in San Francisco but the one in the springs might of been a little before my time.

Yes these guys have it made, Cornell is a good school and there is even a little poolhall five minutes away.

Thanks Dave, these two have had jobs since they were 14 and mom made sure they saved everything they made. The problem is they still have to go through her to spend any of it, and that makes for some embarrassing moments hustling pool.
:rotflmao:

are they

are they gonna stop in kc? maybe they could make some pocket money from me on their way to ny...i would even play them e9:D
