If you look at his I-trader, I had left positive feedback because he did refund the
money...I was not aware of his nit move over 75 dollars at the time. Now that I
know the other side of the story I posted on this thread to expose this person
for what he really is about.

The cues being offered for sale are not his. he is fronting for a fairly large collector
which explains the lack of specific information about them. They are just scanned
from a disc and put up for sale.

To date, there has been somewhere between 5-10 threads started in seaglass's honor outlining his bad deals or rule breaking behavior.

It seems that if you dare to do biz with him, it's at great peril.

The moderator/s involved is dead wrong. No matter what way you look at it (legal, moral, common sense, etc) a deal has occurred as soon as there is an agreement for the sale of an item between two (or more) parties at certain terms (which always includes a price and may or may not include other terms). The mods may not want to include the deals for which an item was never shipped for whatever stupid reason, but they are dead wrong on it not being a deal. It is a deal as soon as there is an agreement for a sale between two parties, period.

I see no reason why you couldn't still go leave a negative i-Trader even now. You can't control what the mods do later if they remove one or both, but you can control if whether or not you do what you feel is the right thing. And if I were you I would be tempted to copy and paste the post of your experience (along with Jim's first post for good measure) into every for sale thread he makes. Sorry that happened to you.
