Well, I watched an episode of Sharks today. That was 6:28 that I wasted that I can never get back. Guess Murnak has made a ton on cases and had to spend it somewhere. Geez............
Tap!Tap!Tap! You have hit the bullseye,CaliRed! Anyone who has ever done work in front of a camera understands that it doesn't just flow like real life. It takes WORK! Understanding what goes on behind the camera and the development of a script is an arduous task at best, and gut wrenching agony at the worst. How about something more along the lines of this instead?
First, let me say thanks for your effort in putting together a pool related video. We need a lot more people to do these kinds of things for our game. While it's not my cup of tea, I do appreciate the time and effort you put into this.
Good luck on any future projects! Maybe the next one might be more up my alley.
Geez.....I'm all for free speech and all, but comments like that are totally uncalled for. Theres a lot of stuff I don't like, but if someone went to all the time and effort to put together something that was free to everyone, a person ought to have some measure of respect to at least offer a mature comment.
It never ceases to amaze me how many people that do nothing for our game other then try to be as crude and negative as they can dream up.
It's like people can't wait to wake up in the morning and spew some negativity thinking it's funny.

Anyone who endeavors to promote pool through a visual medium should be applauded, and Loudly, for their efforts. The reward is not an Oscar or an Emmy,or even a Razzie, but a sense of fulfillment in a project of love.
I have watched every episode of Sharks, and I appreciate everything Jim and his crew are doing. Yes, it is evident that the actors are learning as they go,but that is sometimes what you get when operating on a shoestring.
Let's all be more supportive and less critical when we are appraising our fellow cueing enthusiasts.
Good Post CaliRed.

I watched part of one episode. Never bothered to watch any after as it wasn't any thing that appealed to me. That is me, if TV programs depended on me for ratings they wouldn't be anything on TV. My wife records about 40 worth of shows a week and I don't watch any of it.
Now give me a live game of hockey, pool, baseball, football and etc and I am glued to it. I guess that I don't like drama.

With all due respect, what the original OP is stating here is nothing that hasn't already been stated before. Yet for some reason, you guys seem to be jumping down his throat. The 'constructive criticism' that you guys seem to think would be in better taste has also been noted. And when that happens, people jump down the throat of whoever says that as well.
That being said, since when is it only acceptable to voice opinions as long as its nothing but praise (whether it be sincere or completely ingenuine)???
