Should AZ have a one pocket sub-forum?

I would like to see a separate forum, where all the one pocket chatter would be in the same place.

AZ already has more sub-forums than I can count, and several of them are almost completely dead. What would one more hurt, especially since I believe it would get at least as much activity as the 14:1 forum, if not more.

What do you guys think?

I usually just head to onepocket.org and the forums there to read about one pocket. They have some of the great one pocket players that post over there.

I've seen it, I'm actually registered there, but you might spend a week waiting for a reply over there...

There's actually traffic here, and I think we might have some decent discussion that wouldn't happen at 1p.org, simply because of their lack of participation.

I was just informed by PM that that was the reason we don't have a separate forum...I hadn't thought of that, but it makes sense that Mike H wouldn't want to compete with one of the few other good pool sites out there.

So, forget this whole thread ever happened. :grin:
 
A good solution would be and i would think the technology is out there, to create the sub forum and then have postings simultaneously appear over at onepocketporg. Would help both sites.
 
I'm all for making AZ a better place, however 1P players in general are their own tribe and its fitting for them to be on their own site. Just my 3 cents.:smile:

having said that if there was a 1P forum here Id read and post in it, I think it would have alot more basic stuff and draw more begginers than the hardcore players at 1P.org, So that might be a good thing.


now thats mt 6 cents, 3 cents/thought. I'm a cheap date today.:cool:
 
I think its worth a try, especially for AZB'rs that don't want to jump around to different sites. It would be a whole lot easier with a remote control:grin-square::grin-square:
