So where is the Bonus Ball annoucement?

I bought a Philly Aces hat, and think it was a pretty good investment that should appreciate.

This just in . . .

The price of lobster is already dropping, and American lobstermen don't like it one bit.

Many American lobstermen will tell you that they have to catch a lot of lobster to make any kind of a profit. "Everything else is goes up except the price of lobster. Your fuels going up all the time, your baits going up. Everything associated with the business is going up."

Part of what's driving prices down is another record catch this spring by Canadian lobstermen. The low prices led to the lobster wars last summer, when Canadian lobster processors refused to take American lobsters from Maine.

On a good note, the Maine Lobster Festival will be between July 31-August 4, 2013.

Those sumabiaches.

Hmmm, baiting lobster traps and Canadians at the same time.

Hope I don't get reported again.

On the up side, this weekend for my wife's Birthday supper, I'm buying 8 lobster tails, a bag of shrimp, scallops and mussels.

Just for two so we should be pleasantly stuffed. The smaller tails are pretty cheap.

I split the tails and pull the meat on top of the tail. Baked and brushed with butter.

Shrimp is done in garlic butter with Frank's Hot Sauce.

Scallops in garlic butter. Mussels are boiled and hot sauce poured over top after.

No need to go to Red Lobster.

Every other country gets to rape the fish stock in International waters, leaving little for the Canadian Maritimers. Good for them that they got a good Lobster Harvest. Maybe it will supplement their unemployment checks a bit.

Don't forget the butter !!!

Maniac (keeps Land-O-Lakes in business :o)

Well Happy Birthday to Mrs Ridr! Feel free to ship me any leftovers!! Sounds delicious.

Thanks Diamond, I will pass that on. Its nice that both my wife and I enjoy cooking so we are able to whip up some basic nothing fancy but good tasting meals for each other.

Unfortunately the tails are fairly small so its easy for one person to eat at least 4.

The Maritimes are the provinces that I haven't visited yet. I hear tell that the sea food is real cheap. A conference next year for my wife so I may tag along. I know what I'll be eating every day.

It does take a bit of practice to get the tail meat on top of the shell as they serve in a restaurant but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier.

Back to Bonus Ball. I didn't watch any games past the first 2 PPV streams. I enjoy watching the Pros play, who doesn't. I had mentioned before that I guess I wasn't receptive of a new game. I did enjoy certain parts of the game as I could see plainly that no one was running out that easily. The colored balls kind of got to me. Seemed a little repetitious for the most part.

With all the prelim hype that was involved, I was a little shocked to see them go down so early.

I'm not one to laugh or relish in others failures but because of the hype and certain attitudes toward members on AZ, part of me wants to have a good laugh and say, I figured as much, looks good on ya

The other part of me wants to see them have the opportunity for round two. 50/50 on that one. I want the best for the players and to not get dumped on. For a couple of others that were involved, I hope they learned a huge lesson in Humility. As one poster mentioned, I doubt that they will ever be welcomed with open arms anywhere else should this venture fail.

It could have been so much different had they stepped back and worked with some of the industries best. There are 3 people, maybe more, their help and advice could have been immeasurable in the grand scheme of things. I believe that its way past that point now.

Sad when you can let your pride kick your butt for you.

You shoulda hooked up with jeanette lee, then you wouldn't have to worry about it even though your a nobody you could pretend to be a somebody all the while we all know your a nobody ;)

Everyone is a nobody until they're a somebody.

Myself, I've always been pretty much a loner and prefer to be a Nobody. It makes it so much easier to blend into the crowd.

On AZ, everyone is a somebody. Thats what makes the place nice to hang around.

Yes, Jeanette. I would go for that if she weren't married. But then, I'd be a kept man, wouldn't I. I would live in the shadow of her lime light, but I bet that my game would step up a notch or two which would be worth it.

Terrence Hill. Still love watching those old spaghetti westerns.

My Name is Nobody.

It still is a great movie CJ. I had the movies in VHS so pretty hard to watch them any longer. I'm sure I can dig them up somewhere on the interwebz.

His movie Brother, Bud Spencer was also a good guy.

Man From the East
My Name is Trinity
My Name id Still Trinity
My Name is No Body.

I had to look up the order of the titles because I knew there was one in there when he came to the West and started his career as a Gun Slinger.

I hope I'm right.

I think you are correct. I total sale with new owners & new management makes more sense.

But negotiating the sale of a business can get tricky.

If anyone is watching, leaving the old owner with a small percentage of the 'blue sky' while getting the asking price down is often a good think & keeps them well vested in assisting in the new success. Naturally with a strong non compete clause.

For the players sake, I hope BB emerges in a viable manner.

Regards & Best Wishes to ALL,
Rick
