Something New and Something Old

I think this is going to be a cool Old cue . Saved as much of the old wood as possible . Will cover handle with lightly texured leather . Looks like Ash into Rosewood . Some comments and ideas welcome . Jim

Jim Im thinkin a solid ivory joint with calfskin wrap. Whatever you do Im sure will be cool.

What about a stag horn joint? It would work well with all the other colors in the cue

But I picture an earthy rustic sort of look.

I like the idea of the stack leather wrap . Just never been a fan of stag . I have a bunch of old antlers , I'll cut one up and turn it round , just to see if i change my mind . jim
