I am going to explain something,when I post no pictures I am inviting people who are interested to contact me.After we talk and they have a good idea what I have and what they want I send them the cue for their approval.If the cue arrives and you don't like it,return fora full refund,no explanation necessary,nothing could be safer for you.Regular customers don't even pay till they have the cue and like it.

Many times after talking, I discover that the cue isn't right for them and discourage them from buying the cue they called on.Sometimes I have something better for them or refer them to someone who has exactly what they want.Frequently I decide not to do business with them at all. I like to work with people I like to work with.

This is the way I work,people that don't like it are not forced to call or read,some are barred future dealings,I have found that the customer is not always right,and not worth the effort,but about 90% of the people who call become friends and clients.

Not a few have been introduced personally to the best cuemakers in the business.

If this doesn't sound like a good idea to you,I recommend you find someone who works the way you like.

Most make multiple purchases,and I am currently sold out of cues right now.If you are looking for something feel free to call ,I probably know where you can get it.

Not one of the complaining picture demanding people ,who post here , have ever bought a cue.Not one customer has posted anything negative.So when you see me responding to these people ,it is because they really are not customers but complainers with no personal knowledge of my dealings other than that think they deserve pictures.

i called you once to talk about buying one of those deano sneaky pete cues you offered a while back. i wanted to one of those cues but you wouldn't send me a picture of it. i passed on buying it from you and bought one a week later from someone that sent me a picture of the cue.

i don't care how many people tell me someone's good to deal with in the back of my head if someone won't post a picture of the cue i'm thinking "they don't even have it"

buying cues online we can't test hit cues and now with you we don't even get to see the cue first. all we get to do is plop money down and hope to god we like what we get.

If you don't like the cue, just send it back to Dean. He offers a complete refund, no questions asked. What could be simpler than that. Call him up and talk with him. He describes the cues to a tee. You should be able to tell if you want the cue or not after after talking with him.
I am sure he will have "good luck with your future sales".

Well there you have,the problem is in the back of his head.That is a prime example of why I have barred him from buying from me.The back of his head is somewhere I have no desire to explore

Glen,thanks for your kind remarks,I hope your Barry Szamboti is just what you have always wanted,but if not I will buy it for $1000 more than you paid,and I will pay now and wait

you're not exactly hurting my feelings man. you've been on my don't buy from list since we talked on the phone. there was too much used car salesman talk in your talk for me.

i only deal with people that are straight forward about what they're selling

This thread is reaching the point of beating a dead horse, so this is the last comment I will make.....

What's wrong with calling him on the phone to get specs, for a more detailed description of what is being sold? His phone number is posted clearly in his F/S threads.

What could be better than getting the cue from a trusted source, getting to play with it for a couple of days, and sending it back if you don't like it? That to me is way better than pictures, which is what I failed to understand, because I was only looking at my point of view and failed to recognize another's point of view.

This is a fundamental principle that all AZ members should practice and accept into their posting habits.
