Son of Deano for sale

When i came to AZ ,Tommy contacted me and had a friend of his ,who owed me some money,start repaying an old debt.Tommy did this out of a sense of right and wrong.I don't see this too much anymore,but I do appreciate it when I see it.I see it in Tommy.

I bought a bunch of high priced cases from Tommy,and I was happy everytime.When he became active in Cash Cues, I knew the cues would be good because Tommy was involved and I had heard from people who knew,but I have never bought,because I am committed to helping promote 2 other talented cue makers,Scott Gracio and Bob Owen,friends now and real talents in the industry.

I write this because I have never helped Tommy with his cash cues eventhough I know them to be quality cues that many are proud to own. Iam now making a recomendation to you , Tommy and the whole group at Cash cues.They make a great cue,and with Tommy there you can trust them to do right

OK..I'm going to sell a cue without posting specs, weight, shaft diameters etc. But I will tell you it's a great playing cue! Would you buy it from me? I highly doubt it. Those details I just listed are just as important as what exactly the cue looks like to me.

You asking for my bank account number is as reasonable of a request as me asking to see what your cue looks like before I consider buying it? Tell me that doesn't sound kinda absurd :rolleyes:.

Listen Dean, I don't mean to be rude or disrespectful and I apologize if I came off that way. I've heard nothing but great things about your customer service and how well your cues play, but I like to see what I'm buying, and I'm not afraid to ask to see what I want to buy. I don't think asking to see what your cue looks like is unreasonable - If you didn't list the weight of the cue I would ask for detail as well. Do you think that is unreasonable? You can doubt my sincerety if you like, but have I said anything negative to knock your post? Did I ever say anything bad about you or your cues? No, I didn't. Feel free to put me on your "list" - I had no intention of buying a cue I could never see.

And as for your car example, would YOU buy a car that was under a tarp, and the seller wouldn't show you what the car looked like until AFTER YOU BOUGHT IT? That example sounds more fitting to compare to your sale...

Anyways, I'll stop this little debate since its bothering you oh-so much, even though its apparently helping your sale :thumbup:

Is there a part of this that people don't understand? Dean is so confident in this cue he is willing to send you a full refund after purchasing if you aren't satisfied and to call him with any questions to discuss. If you can't buy without seeing pictures, move on to a different thread. Simple enough. I am sure there have been plenty of people who have bought Dean's cues without seeing them first. Dean, good luck with the sale buddy, but from what I hear you sell enough cues you don't need luck.
 
Every cue I have bought from Dean has been unseen.....I haven't sent one back. Thats how confident he is of the product. If people can't hack that......simply move on.

Its none of anyone's business how Dean conducts his business on AZ....same goes for anyone else. As long as the man is legitimate and people get their goods, no harm done. Money back guarantee too. The man has been selling cues before most of us were born. Some people need to get a grip or at the very least, get over themselves.

There's nothing i like to do more than sending people $750 of my hard earned money so i can be surprised by what they send me!!!!!lol

i guess some people just come into money to easy

just an idea,but did it ever occur to you that every time a fella calls and orders a new custom cue that he is buying without pictures.
This doesn't mean he doesn't know what he is doing,just that he is buying with no pictures

I had the same outlook as many of you who are *****ing about no pics..... I was wrong to try and force my opinion on dean which he so kindly pointed out via pm.....

I made the mistake of being blind...... seeing things only my way and failed to see that deanoc is apparently a well known and well respected member of the community. That makes up for the fact that he doesn't post pictures in his f/s threads. Also, if you are knowledgeable about cues, you know enough to know that this man knows what he is talking about and is presenting good stuff.

This man knows very well who he is marketing to and doesn't expect those who don't understand his style to 'get with it', it's the other way around, and I respect that.

It's not about forcing an opinion on somebody, it's just about respecting potential buyers wishes, that's all. If I sell something, I give every detail possible (not only pics, but specs as well) as a courtesy to the people I'm trying to sell to. If I leave a detail like the weight or a measurement out by accident, and someone points it out, I'm more than happy to oblige. It's simply just a courtesy. I've heard Dean's word is as good as gold and I have no doubt about it..I guess I'm just a overly cautious shopper :rolleyes:

If you truly have respect for anyone, you will quietly bow out and quit haranguing Mr. Campbell for his sales techniques. We get it, you don't do or approve of business done his way. Fair enough. You, and others don't get the fact that no one interested in Mr. Campbell's offering cares about your thoughts.

You have voiced your opinion, now leave, and never post your opposition to his ways again. Quit trying to make this a public trial about an honest Man's manner of sales. This Is good advice for all who want to deride Mr. Campbell's thread.

One, I was replying to SK's post, I have no idea why you're replying to mine. Two, you don't own this forum and I'll leave when I want. I respectfully posted my opinion which is what forums are for. SK posted his opinion and I replied to HIM. Either way, now I've said my piece. Have a good one.
