South West has made a few Sneaky Pete cues, and they are legit.
I have hit with a couple, they play like they should.

I have had the most unusual SW cues ever,titleist conversions,
jerry took the ugliest pink and plastic cue ever made
looked like a department store model
jerry rebuilt it and put shafts etc until it played great,it was for a special need for a pool player seeking to achieve a special image
I had about a half dozen kirsenbrock sneaky petes,i got fron don lee in la
other than the play was very good,i could not tell the difference between it and several other great sneaky petes I had owned
personally I never heard jerry or laurie made a sneaky pete
however if somebody was willing to pay $3000,i think I could get one

Contacting them is fine, I just wouldn't buy a cue or anything else based on a coa alone.
I wouldn't either. I'd have to have it in my hands. can't go by a picture some times. I know how they're constructed and finished and can tell when I have one in my hands. No one else has come close to copying their construction and finish. I don't need a COA myself but for those not versed in SW cue,s and for resale especially, it can be a big deal.
Yeah there are a few "guessers" out there for sure... In those cases, personal knowledge with a COA if you can get one will help greatly when trying to sell.. Sometimes if you can get those cues in your hands you can tell what it is...

I would like to see pictures of the cue you are talking about. To my limited knowledge, Southwest has only made a plain jane cue called a Satin Cue or Pacifier cue. From what I have read they don't make them anymore and sold for $500 or so. Please post some pictures if you can.
There is a chance that Southwest has made a sneaky pete or something similar, which was not intended for sale, but more of a customer request or something like that. If it happened and it turns out to be authentic, I imagine it would be worth a pretty penny...

They made sneaky petes. I've had one in my hands and heard of a couple more from people who know what they are talking about. They havent made many.
Go easy on skins. He needs to feel like AZ's foremost authority on anything and everything under the sun. If you quote his posts, you have to say things like "I agree 100%" or "Trust skins! He's an expert." Otherwise, he'll feel picked on and get all pissy.

Now your reaching... I admitted that because he said to me in a private message he DIDN'T make them, several times. That's when I posted what I did... THEN he messaged me and told me HE was mistaken as he thought I was talking about the cues in my signature (made by Keith and I). Which if you READ the thread you'd be able to figure all that out but once again people like you only take in what you want... So NO I wasn't "wrong" so to speak...
