Stiffist production shaft I have hit with would be a Joss or Schon...

I've only ever hit with one LD shaft (314-2, I believe) and it was stiff but I did not play with it long enough to get a real opinion...

Some of McDermotts shafts are very stiff in thier I-series line of shafts.

I've used them and they hit well.

I had a Joss at one time that the shaft felt like rebar....not sure if they are all that way, but the one I had was WAY stiff!

You might want to try a Schuler cue, specifically the Schuler pro or the Amercian taper. Don't get any stiffer than that unless you want to get into 3C schafts.
