When I have a problem with an order, I go directly to the company and try to rectify the situation. I don't go on a msg board for that particular industry and complain until I've at least given them the chance to correct the issue.
has anyone else on here ordered anything from tar lately??? i ordered some tar patches on march 15th and paid for them via paypal...and still havent recieved them, i know they were at the expo but thats way over and i still hvent heard anything or got my patches...i dont think im out of line for being a little upset am i?>>>anyone else in the same boat i am waiting...thanks to all in advance
I certainly don't see why so many are bashing OR1PKT... over this. He only asked a question, did not dog TAR he just wanted to know if anyone else was experiencing a delay..
I think we are very fortunate to have TAR and think JCIN does a great job. He was out of town, he answered the OP's question, it's all good.. I think throwing the OP under the bus is uncalled for.. Don't be so quick to judge folks.. JMHO
The original poster obviously likes TAR as he bought a patch to display on his case/shirt or whatever. He didn't buy a DVD. So give him a little slack as well. JCIN gave a respectful reply so let's all respect that and move on.

I think you could make the case that a person might be a little intimidated to send an email complaint to JCIN, the self-professed Internet Thug. But there shouldn't be a problem now as JCIN gave a very responsible and professional answer on this thread.
p.s. Can I be an official Watchez groupie. Or maybe there's a fan club I could join. And, by the way, it would be easier to list the people you (Watchez) aren't having a drink with in Vegas.
Just an update and you all can rip me apart again if you want...but i still havent recieved the patches ordered after being told by jcin they would be shipped out the 5th. i have since pm ed jcin and recieved no responce and e mailed chad also to recieve no response, so does anyone have any suggestions for me now? Thanks
I am with you, I ordered some 3 or 4 weeks ago and haven't received them. I have attempted to contact Chad at least 4 times by email and received no reply. I feel your pain.![]()
Here is what is going on with the orders. Basically things have been nuts. I have several things to finish today and plan on shipping everything outstanding tomorrow. Everyone who has been waiting will get what they ordered plus some extra product. Anyone who wants the product and a full refund can have that as well.
I apologize for the delay and understand not getting what you order quickly is a pain in the ass.
Nobody works harder than TAR. Between a few guys they juggle the logistics of these TAR match-ups, streaming the major events and handling order procurement. Sure, things aren't perfect. However, for who they are and what they do---- they're the best and we love them. To the OP: Relax, you're dealing with CLASS people.
