One of kind cue, stolen in Tucson Arizona.
I am posting this for a customer of mine. I built this cue and sold it to him about 3 years ago. It has two shafts, one 29 inch and one 30 inch.
It was stolen 01/22/2012
If anyone happens to see it, will you please PM me.
Thanks in advance,
Keith

There were only 3 major pool rooms in Tucson a few years ago. Ask management if you could post pictures in their rooms? Perhaps with a reward. That's a pretty distinctive (and beautiful) cue which should be easy to spot.

That really sucks.....Carl loves that cue. Doesn't it also have a personal engraving on it?
Nobody could use that cue in Tucson, we all know it's Carls' cue.

Sorry to hear about the stolen cue.

If that were mine, I'd never leave home with it, what a beauty.

Here's a craigslist helper search site that scans large areas or everywhere for that matter to aid in the recovery........http://www.searchtempest.com/

It's easy to use, just put in location of area code you're in and number of miles away you want to search. I'll brows it for you.

I predict that this one will be found.

Some poor smuck is going to buy it ,,not knowing it is stolen and possibly find out the hard way.

Could even end up in a pawn shop,,,sit there for a bit,,,then sold somewhat legitimately to someone.
Problem is,,how would anyone know???

Trying to ask around at the pawn shops is good in theory,,but there are so many!!! Maybe spend the day hitting the closet around the area.

If it were me I would do this and offer shop owners any money they are out and then go after the person who pawned it. They're Much more likely to cooperate this way.

WOW! That's an unusual cue. I think if I ever see it, I will remember this thread.

I too

live in Tucson. If I can print out a picture of your cue, I'll take it by Click's and the other room and post it. Only a rotten son-of a ***** will take someone's cue or bicycle. I've lost both.
Let us go back a century in time and equate them to, and treat them like horse thieves. Anyone have a rope?

Eddie Taylor gave me his cue a couple of weeks before he died. His sweet words were: "This way it won't hurt when I'm gone, son." Two weeks later I held his hand as he said good-by. It all hurt.
I'm in the oriental rug import business and have rugs that cost ten times as much as his cue but I woud rather lose them all than lose his cue.

My sympathy's are with you, sir.
Keep it nice. Alfie

Check with the pawn shops with in 100 square miles everyother day, notify all the pool rooms with in 50 miles and watch eBay... I'll bet it'll show up in the next few months. A custom cue like that will stick out like a soar thumb.

Or maybe the moron who stole it might try to sell it on here and not notice this thread......

If it appears in Mass( my area) I'll break his neck for sure. I was robbed 5 years ago of Carolina Custom cue. I know how it is....sorry for Carl...and I hope I'll meet the thief...jeez.

Btw the cue looks like a piece of art from a museum. Nice job KN.

Recovered

Thanks everyone! The cue has been recovered here in Tucson. It is back in the possession of it's rightful owner
