I know that POV POOL and The Legends and Champions Pool Tour will be happy if we get 400 investors, contributors, purchasers, consumers :) Not likely but unfortunately these things cost a lot more money to do than people think.

We need all the support we can get.

Actually, you may choose to note that right after I posted my post which you quoted, I changed it - after seeing others had already expressed similar thoughts. There's been nothing mean natured in my posts to warrant this 2nd grade response. People have been posting rapid fire...
 
Today I invested in Mobil gas, an italian restaurant, Southwest Airlines and Ameren Electric Company. I'm diversified.

TheKman...You can call them whatever you wish, but they are not "investors" by the event promoter (Mark C) or by the people selling the PPV (POV). Those people call your investors customers...which is, of course, what they are. Investors would be called "sponsors". Why don't you and your LARGE group of 16 "investors" (:rolleyes:) pony up $30 a piece and be a REAL investor...sponsor something in the event itself...as opposed to just purchasing the PPV?

He is a troll. Simple as that. Good for him if he purchases pool PPV to support pool. However, he started a thread bad mouthing players and BB. Then he started bad mouthing the people calling him on his BS. Sorry if offended anyone else with my comments but Trolls piss me off!

I want to let everybody know that I am investing along with 3 other friends into masters chalk. I just purchased 3 pieces

TheKman...Did you actually read the part where Mark C said he had NOTHING to do with the PPV. That is being done by another party...not the promoter. So, in reality, you're not investing in the event at all...just paying a fee to watch it. If you want to invest, become a sponsor...like I told you in my last post.

No you wouldn't, because nobody could pay those entry fees...so you wouldn't have ANY players. Hopkins tried a $1000 entry tournament...once.
He got 15 entries...hoping for 128.
