I just registered for the open yesterday...... the Avatar will be with me thursday and friday...... looking foward to meeting some AZers Maybe after the thursday round we could all meet up for some drinks and twist valley forge upa bit :grin:

My experience with attending billiard events is extremely lacking.
I do play a lot of pool. I can't runout in 14.1 but I can put up a safe battle and holdout a few racks in 9 ball.
As for action, well for me it is more recreation than investainment.
I pick opponents like I do pool cues. I am very selective and the same goes for events.
I am from the city every time I think country I imagine people without shoes and teeth. Country is anything not from my city.
I'll be there as usual. Just look for the guy that looks like Charlie Brown carrying a coors light.

Steve, I hope the reason why folks will "hear us loud and clear" ain't because of the thumping and crashing sounds coming from that poor barbox used for the "jump and masse challenge" at Rene's/Gene's booth next to us. If that were the case, one could easily locate us by the smoke signals given by that poor barbox's cloth burning from the spinning burn-outs of the cue ball. I could swear Jamison Neu was spraying a little bleach on the cue ball for greater burn-out smoke effect or something...

As in the past, Triple Cross Cues will be present with a group of new cues to try out. AZr's are always welcome to come by and say hi and shoot some.
Hope the 2011 show brings lot's of Ben Franklin's. If we can just keep traffic flowing in the aisles this year, please stop by and say hi.
