When he played Alex in TAR 21 he was using a Kamui Hard.

Yeah, I've heard him say in a couple of interviews now that he likes a Kamui hard tip, but isn't a fan of the chalk.

Interesting.... reading this makes me wonder why he wouldnt use such a chalk on a hard tip?? Wouldnt you want a high grip chalk on a firm tip??

the kamui mediums are already pretty hard, the hards are like extra hard. interesting he likes his tips that hard, i haven't seen that many people playing with the kamui hards

we all have prefrences but do you think a triangle, lepro, tiger any tip change would really through shane off to the point where he would suck nope he would adjust develop a stroke for it and play great.
