I agree... looks to me like a Runde. The slotted diamonds and the 5/16 x 18 flat face joint with brass insert in the shaft.

my guess is a old meucci, i had one come thru the boothwiththe cross checked feather veneer, just like this hope that helps - but it is pretty cool
