I'm confused - you say bashing threads are no good then proceed to bash the guy repeatedly for doing what he had to do to get satisfaction. I for 1 think he owes no apology he has made it clear he is satisfied and would do business with them again. I agree TAR usually does a fine job for a fair price. I'm thinking growing pains here. Growth takes a lot of cash and time. 2 things that can screw anything up....time & money.
I wished the TAR guys were perfect, but that will never happen.

I actually took the money that TAR refunded me and bought MORE merchandise from them.
Unfortunately there isn't exactly a recourse for a buyer in this situation other than bringing the situation public. Three months is a long time to keep something like this under wraps. Perhaps I should have tried contacting Jason instead and for that I apologize.
