terrible workmanship

you are in the position of needing to make an open, frank and sincere apology. It seems that you have made an undererhanded implied knock on a well known and respected cue maker.
I have only met Mc Whorter once, some 20 years ago when Rick Landsburd took me over to his house where he was just starting to make cues,I made the mistake of not supporting him then,as he was relatively unknown.I lived to see him become famous and excell at his craft.I was impressed with his chacgter then as I am sure I would be now.

As everyone on here knows Tikkler did not put the name of the cuemaker on here for a very good reason so these implied criticisms are without a doubt unnessary.I have to agree with the previous posters that this is exactly the type of thing that is so unnessary and offensive

He is not the poster of the pic. Destrukkt is the one who needs to make the apology.

....Saddle up men, were heading for the cue gallery.

Where's Wyatt when ya need him, eh ?

Not that my opinion counts for much Steve, but assuming that the original request / deal was not outside of the cuemakers ability, then I'd arrange a return / refund and not try again with that maker ... and always caveat emptor

give me a break

First off.....that McWorter cue is absolutely PERFECT. I did buy that cue directly from Jerry at VF about 4 years ago. I was just throwing a few older pics up for people to look at and I was just too lazy and tired to write anything.....LOL

I personally apologize to Jerry McWorter for this absurd assumption, being I am the one that started the thread.

Happy belated birthdat Runout 1961. OOPS!!! Wrong thread. l.o.l.

Interesting. I wonder how many customers that are not satisfied and ask for a refund actually get one? It seems that asking for, and actually receiving one is an iffy proposition at best.

........."let it rain brain...*

how someone can post such a speculation after he read the whole thread?
