My most sincere thanks to The Action Report for their virtually perfect production of the Shooters, Olathe, KS tournament.

There has never been live coverage of a pool tournament done any more professionally. The camera positioning was perfect. the quality of that camera work was perfect. The ability to zoom in on multiple tables and retain the quality of video was amazing.

JCIN, you guys out did yourselves. I thank you sir.

I would also like to thank TAR for the live feed from the tournament. I stayed up late last night to watch the finals...........it was almost as good as being there. once again thanks.............

Isn't it amazing what two smart guys can do with ONE camera and a couple of microphones?

Thanks TAR for ruining my relationship!

I had just finished watching 3 hours of WPBA yesterday afternoon when I remembered that TAR was broadcasting the final day of the Olathe tournament on Ustream.tv

The video quality was so sharp, I actually felt like I was there in the bleachers watching in person. Justin's commentary was relaxed, only adding occasional comments and getting the players on mike when possible. I simply could not pull myself away from the computer.

To make a long story short, my girlfriend gave me an ultimatum as I watched, it was going to be either her or TAR. I would be lying if I said she will be missed.

So thanks TAR, sincerely I really mean it! :)

I want to remind everyone that TAR has a paypal link on their website. We can show our appreciation by donating a few bucks for the great job they did this weekend. I know Chad and Justin would not think of asking from their loyal fans. They are doing it out of love for the game and the love of ACTION which few do. I know they are wishing for some new equipment so their broadcasts and pictures are improved. Much thanks to them.

Tar pit crew are really top notch when it comes to customer service and intergrity. When they announce a match, that match is going to happen 100% of the time. I think it's time to buy some items from the actionreport store.... say.... Alex vs SVB III. Can't wait to see that one on DVD.

Thanks Justin

i didnt get sh-t done all weekend because of this, and had a better time doing it. There is something captivating about this style of broadcast i
love.. I normally hate watching pool but love watching you guys. Have
not missed a broadcast yet! Great Job!!

Just got home from Olathe, this weekend was a blast. Thank you to everyone who watched the coverage. The people in chat are as big a part of the show as the pool I think. Shooters is a perfect spot to work from and the field was stacked with great players.

We really appreciate all the support from everyone. Brian Fisher of Fisher Cues and Royce Bunnell of OB Cues both donated products that people in the chat bought and it pretty much covered the trip. Thank you guys you are the best.

Evelyn and Danny Dysart were the tournament directors for the event and they went out of their way to work with me on getting the matches I thought people wanted to see on the right tables. Dan Tull and his entire crew at Shooters were awesome as usual and make every trip to Shooters a fantastic time.

Don "the coats" Coats did a great job commentating the one pocket event at the cost of some valuable action time. :D Thanks Don you did a great job. Cuemakers Andy Gilbert, Travis Nikilich and Mike Durbin all took the time to do interviews during the coverage. All of the players were great and very supportive of the coverage.

We have some great things coming up for the rest of 2008. As soon as details are finalized we will announce the events.

Thank you.

Justin Collett
