I want to say thank you to Williebetmore and Timberly for all they did to make the AZ/Onepocket.Org room a great success. It was awesome to be able to have somewhere to sit and relax away from the madness, all the while meeting members of the forum.

The room was one of the highlights of the tournament for me and I'm sure many others. If I missed anyone who was involved in setting this up my apologies and thanks.
 
It was nice of them to endure some pain and take time for this worthy cause.Thanks Kimberly and Williebetmore

You are very welcome. The room was as much fun for the organizers as for everyone else - it was our pleasure.

Don't forget Steve Lomako (the third organizer) - his efforts are also greatly appreciated.

Snap,
The grudge match ended prematurely under protest, I was ahead at the time 70-60. There will be photo's and details soon. I'm sure breakup will post his version; but you can wait until I post if you would like the actual story. I'll try to post something tomorrow.
 
The Russ Chewning Tourney

We did hold Russ' One Handed Last Pocket Eight Ball tourney on Friday. Eight players showed up and Satman beat mthornto in the finals. He played great as did the other players as well. Satman won $100 and mthornto got $50.

Here's another thanks to Steve, Willie and Timbers! It is very appreciated that you organized this. You all did a very fine job, and made it a pleasure for all of us.

And it was greating meeting everyone!

i was only in there once but it was well handled,and i would like to that timberly and wbm for taking time to do all they have done! next year i will spend more time in there ill have a cue by then!:D
 
Thanks to Willie, Steve and Timberly for getting the room this year. I know you invested a lot of your time to make this a great meeting place. Sorry I didn't get to hang out and drink a few beers with you Tim's, maybe next time. Willie, I'll get ahold of you soon and we'll play a little bit at your house. I have some tournaments the next 2 weekends.

Thanks to everyone as well. The Az room was a welcomed relief from the crowd and hectic pace of the rest of the arena. My son and I enjoyed meeting everyone and the rubbing elbows with some of the pros and legends that stopped by. An excellent job of organizing and promoting the room as a safe haven for pros to come and hang out. Well done and many thanks!!!:) :)
