The Best Aiming System for Schools

Recent publications in oceanographic and marine journals have made clear that there is widespread interest in how schools of fish interact. There is not a person alive that doesn’t wonder what fish are thinking, so therefore, a natural extension of this is the obvious question, “What aiming system do fish use?” Since we all need to be given the answer of what the correct aiming system is, perhaps catching a glimpse into the minds of fish will help us finally decide on the number one aiming system to use. Scientific evidence can then point to the correct answer for aiming systems, and show that those that do not adopt what nature has already ingrained into the minds of creatures older than mankind are completely wrong.

The idea for my invention is as follows. I have a friend that is a marine biologist and needs to study the sound of aquatic life in fresh water ponds, lakes and reservoirs. I approached him with this proposal to team up on implementing a device that can both capture the voices of fish, and hopefully intercept any communication about aiming systems in the process. It can also tell if the fish is a Democrat.

The product is a glass sphere that is naturally buoyant. Inside the sphere is a powerful battery, a microphone (sonophone), and a data logger. Attached to the bottom of the sphere is a counter-weight, comprised a metal container filled with 20 Liters of triple-F black power mixed with micro-fine lead dust to give the container mass. The additional mass offsets the glass sphere so it will sink. The product listens for and records the conversations of fish, time-stamping all entries. When memory is full, it activates its release mechanism by firing an ignition cap in the counter-weight, causing an explosion and rapid release of lead dust into the water. The counter-weight is destroyed and the sphere floats to the surface.

In addition, a backup system slowly drips mercury out of the sphere which reduces the weight over time, making the product recoverable if there is a catastrophic failure (such as the battery losing power or if the firing mechanism fails).

Now positively buoyant, the sphere rises to the surface and begins transmitting a 500W amplitude modulated signal of the recorded sound of the aquatic life, in a continuous loop, forever. Because this product could become popular, the plan is to allocate 1 KHz bandwidths from 1 MHz to 10 MHz, and assign each band to customers on a subscription as a service plan for $99 a month. This can all be accessible through an app. The sphere has a solar panel to help recharge the battery, which makes the product environmentally friendly.

The biologists can recover their data via by either chartering their own private airplane over the lake or pond, or buying a commercial airline ticket which has a path routed to fly over the area of interest. The app can also have plane routes and airline discount codes available as part of the package. The signal from the sonophone transmitter must be strong enough to reach the planes.

Onboard, the user wears a special receiving headphone set. One side of the headphones demodulates the incoming signal, and encodes the information into high energy microwaves in order to send it wirelessly to the other earpiece, which contains a speaker. The biologist can now hear the sounds of the fish without needing to recover the sonophone directly. Independently we can then analyze the sounds for intelligible conversations about aiming systems, and specifically, which one seems to be the most popular.

As with any endeavor of this magnitude funding will be required. I will be creating a KickStarter page if all goes well. Also anyone who reads this will be required by law to donate at least $50 USD per the assumption of Non-Disclosure as posted to a public forum in the interest of science and furtherment of mankind. I just wanted to add, that unlike other researchers on this forum whom just rattle off wild ideas, I actually follow through on mine. I have already begun building a prototype. It is difficult to obtain mercury through the mail for some reason, so I broke open many thermometers (the ones that control the heat to my house) and extracted the mercury. Here is a picture of what I have. I never touched mercury before... it is fun to play with and smells sweet when heated to a high temperature.

Soon I should have enough to do my first explosive test in Buzzards Bay near Cape Cod. I will post the results here.

Maybe you really are Justnum.

When I was a kid we used to play with mercury . Put it in our hands and just messed with it. Back then lead was another fun product to play with as well.

I do look forward to your first explosive test with great interest. At least as much as I follow most aiming threads that are on AZ . Yours is very creative!

Put enough heavy metals in the water and you will no longer have fish to "listen" to.

Maybe you really are Justnum.
That is impossible. Publicity is a phenomenon for the weak.

Speaking of motor vehicles, this technology will be the spearhead movement for all the Abrahamic Religions, except for Mormons but including Jainism. Ishmael and Isaac will reunite as brothers.

Do your sit-ups. Save the planet.

This is far, far too much work, time, and expense. All you need to do is get in touch with "Charlie Tuna" and ask him. He talks
and knows everything that goes on under water. (I'll send a bill to you for my consulting fee. It's way less)

Hey bud, I don't know if you noticed but it looks like you may have contaminated your mercury with rye bread. Better check into that.

Rye is a non-sequitur. In Portuguese that is sem sequência, which means “without sequence”. Also bread in Portuguese is pão. You need the nasalization. Don’t say it like “pau” because then people will think you are talking about genitals. The mercury is just chillin like a villain.

Fourthly, I would never suggest or deny that I am the Elon Musk of billiard engineering.

Enjoy your terrestrial revolution.
