I solved some back and foot problems by switching my playing shoes to Sketchers Shape-ups -- these are amazing products in my book, and alter your body alignment for better posture.
But my latest lament is tightness and then flat-out pain in my shooting shoulder, along with stiffness in the right-side of my neck. Now I've gone to using a penetrating deep-heat products that helps, but doesn't solve the problem entirely. And if any of that stuff gets in your eyes, your out of business for 20 minutes.
Far as I know my mechanics are strictly conventional. I'd say I play like Mika, except I don't, but I feel as though I move around the table and approach my shots in much the fashion as he does.
Any ideas about this shouldler ailment?
Any of you geezers out there with your own issues, this thread's for you.
