BPI = blood pressure index?

Just kidding! Thx for the tracking & sharing.

Very much appreciate the event, updates & stats. I logged in a few times, but unfortunately find it mind numbingly boring to watch. I meltdown mentally and struggle greatly to break 50 - can’t imagine the talent, dedication and focus it takes to throw down massive runs…

✌️

FWIW, Schmidt had a lot more hard shots in his early attempts. Towards the end, he had few missable shots. The change in his game was remarkable, and I think it may have been just by osmosis.
Was the change in his game better patterns, better shape... ?

Both, I suppose. Better end patterns and somehow there were fewer hard shots during racks.
I'll bet his grasp of a rack's "big picture" got quicker and clearer over time.

Pattern selection is the most interesting part of 14.1 for me - I like to predict what a top player will do overall and shot by shot. I've been wrong more with Earl than with others so far - I have a feeling that's a good thing.

One thing I like about watching Earl is how he has mastered his new shaft so quickly.

Not many people today will use a solid maple 14mm shaft with a linen phenolic ferrule.

Earl ain’t afraid of deflection.

I haven't been following too closely but at least one person noted that Earl just doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to straight pool. Anyone who knows how to play the game and watches for awhile will agree.
I applaud what BC trying to do but he really needs to find somehow to get people in there who actually have a chance to put up big numbers.
It takes time to adjust to many conditions.

Thanks for the kind words. It is a lot of endless work but Me and my team are dedicated and will run this event for a VERY long time and other events also. I dont know about getting players that can run big numbers like you said. Earl has only played 2 days and his numbers are getting better and Ive kept him busy everyday before he starts playing 14.1. Earl and the other players I have scheduled and others Im waiting to schedule are all qualified as they all have won a sanctioned World Championship and we are very happy to have them participate and everyone is getting to watch live unedited video for FREE and it is gonna only get better as the event continues.
Its gonna be interesting when a few of the players are gonna stay for 2 weeks to a month at a time with unlimited attempts. We will certainly see some MONSTER runs as the World Champions dedicate themselves and wake up everyday to eat high runs for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So as with 14.1 you gotta have patience and realize its not a jog its a marathon. I have endless patience,time and money so nothing will stop this freight train from going on for a VERY long time.
